Food has always been one of the main joys of my life. At a young age, I was obsessed with beef and ate it every day. My Mother tried everything she could to get me to eat other types of food, but I was adamant about only eating red meat.
Growing up, I was always enamored by how a great meal brought loved ones together, sparking animated conversation and creating unforgettable moments. When unique ingredients were part of the dining experience, I noticed the gathering was more memorable.

I run Destination Wagyu the same way I live day to day: I care about ingredients, sourcing, and how food makes you feel.
I eat a carnivore-dominant diet because that’s when I feel my best. I do buy some foods at the grocery store, but I read the ingredient list on everything I buy—without exception. I avoid poor ingredients and I take health and wellness seriously. That mindset shapes every supplier and product decision I make.
I spent months researching farms, regions, grading systems, handling practices, and consistency. I chose suppliers with the track records, discipline, and integrity to meet a simple rule: I would serve this to my family and I would pay for it myself. If I wouldn’t eat it, I won’t sell it.
Starting this company genuinely lit me up. The idea of sharing something I love—beef that tastes unreal and comes from sources I respect—still gets me excited.
