Never had a rib cap but this was really good. I am stuck between ordering these again or trying something new.
Don't get me wrong, this is really an excellent steak but hard to eat more than a few pieces due to how rich the texture is. Don't eat alone in my opinion.

This ground beef screwed me. Made tacos out of it with homemade flour tortilla and fresh lime juice. Now I am spending $35 a week for this. So so so worth it

I’d heard of A5 Miyazaki but didn’t think I’d ever get to try it at home. Nowhere near where I live has a steak like this. This steak is in a league of its own. Rich, buttery, and incredibly tender—everyone should experience this at least once!

Never had a melt in your mouth experience with steak before. It's like it was ice cream. So hard to explain and definitely an expereince everyone should try.
Spoke to Golan and he recommended this for me. Overall, buying from them was a great expereince. I ordered in the morning and had it the next day. Had a nice thank you card which is always nice.
