Instruction

1. Prepare the Steak:
Remove the Japanese A5 Wagyu Miyazaki Ribeye Steak from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about 30-45 minutes. This ensures even cooking throughout.

2. Preheat Your Grill or Pan:
Preheat your grill or a cast iron skillet over high heat.

3. Cook the Ribeye Steak:
Place the steak on the hot grill or skillet. Sear for about 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, aiming for an internal temperature of around 130°F (54°C). Avoid pressing down on the steak to retain its juices.

4. Rest the Steak:
After cooking, remove the ribeye steak from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This resting period allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.

5. Slice and Serve:
Slice the ribeye against the grain for maximum tenderness. Serve on a warm plate, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or a drizzle of high-quality olive oil.

You can’t find this in stores!

I’d heard of A5 Miyazaki but didn’t think I’d ever get to try it at home. Nowhere near where I live has a steak like this. This steak is in a league of its own. Rich, buttery, and incredibly tender—everyone should experience this at least once!

Incredible quality that’s hard to find anywhere else

This stuff is expensive and I was unsure if I wanted to pay this much for a piece of meat. I ended up purchasing and have 0 regrets. This is a great company with great service and beautiful packaging. It was just a great experience overall. I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Not an ad haha

A nice treat

Was celebrating a special milestone and came across this steak. It was pricey but was a very memorable experience. Be careful as you only need a few bites to feel full so have someone to share with.

Unbelievably luxurious

I bought this for a birthday dinner, and it turned out to be the highlight of the night. The meat is so tender, it practically melts on the fork. You can’t find this quality anywhere else outside Japan.
