SHIPPING POLICY
US NATIONWIDE DELIVERY
We ship orders from Monday to Thursday to ensure your premium wagyu arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Thursday shipments go out by FedEx Overnight only.
Your order will be securely shipped using FedEx and arrive between Tuesday - Friday, depending on the shipping method selected and the day your order was placed.

ORDER CUTOFF TIMES
- Orders placed by 12 PM PT (Monday through Thursday): Ship same day
- Orders placed after 12 PM PT: Ship the next shipping day (Monday through Thursday)
- Thursday orders: Ship by FedEx Overnight only, so no order sits in transit over the weekend
PACKAGING & FRESHNESS GUARANTEE
Every order is carefully packed in an insulated foam cooler with ice gel packs to maintain optimal temperature throughout transit. Your wagyu arrives frozen or cold to the touch and can be safely refrozen upon arrival.
We use rapid blast freezing at approximately -30°F and vacuum seal each package to ensure your wagyu arrives in pristine condition without freezer burn.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please put your order in the freezer or refrigerator as soon as it arrives.
