How is the Wagyu packed?
Every order is vacuum-sealed, blast frozen and packed in an insulated cooler to arrive frozen or cold to the touch. It can be safely refrozen upon arrival.
When does it ship?
We ship Monday through Thursday for weekday delivery, by FedEx 2-Day Air or Overnight Express. Orders placed by 8 AM PT ship the same day; orders placed after ship the next business day. Thursday shipments are overnight only to ensure weekday delivery. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tell us your needed-by date and your concierge will confirm what is possible.
Does someone need to be there to receive it?
An adult signature is required on delivery. Add delivery instructions, such as a reception contact, to your request.
What if something is wrong with an order?
Call or email your concierge. We stand behind a 100% satisfaction and freshness guarantee. If an order arrives compromised, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right.
