Instruction

1. Prepare the Steak:
Remove the Japanese A5 Wagyu Denver Steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30-45 minutes. This helps ensure even cooking.

2. Preheat Your Grill or Skillet:
Preheat a grill or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear the Steak:
Place the steak on the hot grill or skillet. Sear for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until an internal temperature of around 130°F (54°C) is reached. Avoid pressing down on the steak, as this can release the flavorful juices.

4. Rest the Steak:
Once cooked to your desired temperature, remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes. This resting period allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, ensuring maximum tenderness and flavor.

5. Slice and Serve:
Slice the steak against the grain to ensure tenderness. Serve it on a warm plate, optionally drizzled with a little high-quality olive oil or accompanied by your favorite sauces.

Be careful

It is super rich. Almost like a meat butter. Don't let 8oz fool you. This is a very heavy steak. It was one of the best steaks I have had.

Holy

I have tried a lot of wagyu. This is by far the best. The marbling was the most intense I have seen and it literally melts in your mouth. This is good for 2 people easily.
