Instruction

1. Prepare the Meat:
Take the Japanese A5 Wagyu Chuck Roll out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30-45 minutes. This ensures even cooking.

2. Preheat Your Grill or Pan:
Preheat a grill or a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Cook the Chuck Roll:
Place the chuck roll on the hot grill or skillet. Sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, achieving an internal temperature of around 130°F (54°C). Avoid pressing down on the meat to keep the juices intact.

4. Rest the Meat:
Once cooked, remove the chuck roll from heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a tender, juicy bite.

5. Slice and Serve:
Slice the chuck roll against the grain to maximize tenderness. Serve on a warm plate, garnished with fresh herbs or a drizzle of high-quality olive oil if desired.
