Which Wagyu is right for you?
Japanese A5 Wagyu is for small, rich slices: 4 to 5 oz per person. Full Blood Australian Wagyu is for steak-sized portions: 7 to 8 oz per person at BMS 9+. American Wagyu is for weeknight grilling: 8 to 10 oz per person. For gifts, start with our Wagyu gift boxes.

Every order ships frozen in a styrofoam cooler wrapped in insulated Cool Shield bubble wrap with ice gel packs, from Los Angeles by FedEx 2-Day Air or Overnight, Monday to Thursday (order by 12 PM PT for same-day processing). In Los Angeles we also offer same-day delivery with personal concierge service. Orders of $250+ ship free 2-day with a complimentary Wagyu gift; $350+ adds a premium gift; $500+ ships free next-day with our top-tier gift.

What Wagyu do you carry?
Destination Wagyu ships Japanese A5 Wagyu (Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Kobe Wine), Full Blood and purebred Australian Wagyu, and US-raised American Wagyu to the contiguous U.S., frozen with ice gel packs.
What's the difference between Japanese, Australian and American Wagyu?
Japanese A5 is one of the most heavily marbled beef grades, graded on Japan's 12-point BMS scale and served in 4–5 oz portions. Full Blood Australian is 100% Wagyu genetics raised in Australia, marbled and buttery but eaten steak-sized (7–8 oz at BMS 9+). American Wagyu is a balanced, beefy everyday luxury (8–10 oz per person).

Yes, to the contiguous U.S. by FedEx, Monday to Thursday, with free 2-day shipping on orders over $250 and free next-day over $500. In Los Angeles we also offer same-day delivery with personal concierge service.
